Local Government Network, Inc. was formed in 2003 to provide interim management and value added consulting services to elected local governing bodies and city/county managers.

LGN's philosophy is that success is achieved by working in partnership with the client to identify their needs and then tailor services, whether interim management or other, to meet the client's specific needs and goals.

To further that outcome, LGN is committed to providing the highest level of personalized service utilizing practitioner based experience, expertise and leadership skills acquired by the firm's President/Principal, Terry Zerkle, over a successful thirty-two year career in local government management in which he led and managed high performing cities across America.

Major cities in which Mr. Zerkle worked as City Manager or Assistant City Manager are: Tempe and Glendale, Arizona, Arlington, Texas and Henderson, Nevada - each well known and nationally regarded for customer service and satisfaction, citizen friendly operations and for employing creativity, innovation and best practices in delivering cost-effective, efficient municipal service to their citizens.
